  1. ORDERS AND PAYMENT

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and shipped. All payment information is processed securely through our encrypted payment system.

  1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We offer shipping throughout the United States. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout. For large or oversized rugs, special shipping arrangements may be required.

  1. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

You may return your rug within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

The rug must be in its original, unused condition.
The rug must be returned in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Custom or made-to-order rugs are not eligible for return.
